Characteristics |
|
The polyurethan wire is the conducting
wire coated with uniform polyurethan enamel varnish
and spooled with harmless, scratch free and clean
finish. The coating is durable. It is classified
in 3 levels of 1, 2 and 3 by the thickness of finish.
The soldering and coloring are possible without
stripping the finish. The heat shock and chemical
characteristics of this wire are better than that of formal enameled wire, but the durability
is moderately low. It is applicable to the communication
equipment within the upper limit of 130¡É using ultra thin conductor with 0.04mm or thicker diameter |
